Linking your bank account is the first step to funding your Titan account. We offer two secure methods: **instant linking** (through Plaid) or **manual linking** (using a micro-deposit). Both options are simple, and this article will walk you through each process along with answers to common questions.

**How do I link my bank account instantly with Plaid?**  
  

**On the Titan website:** Login on the Titan web browser [here](http://app.titan.com/login) from your desktop or phone > select **Settings** \> select **Bank accounts** > select **Add account**  
  

Plaid will then prompt you to:

1.  Select your banking institution.
    
2.  Enter your login details to verify and link your account instantly.

**How do I link my bank account manually with a micro-deposit?**  
  

**On the Titan website:** 

1.  Select the **Settings**
    
2.  Select **Bank accounts**
    
3.  Select **Add account**
    
4.  Select **Manual** and follow the instructions
    

After completing the steps on the website:

*   Within 1–2 business days, you’ll receive an SMS notification that a temporary $0.01 deposit has arrived in your linked account.
    
*   Follow the instructions in the SMS to verify the deposit and complete the linking process.
    

**_Important:_** _The deposit will expire after three failed attempts or 10 calendar days. If that happens, you’ll need to restart the process__._

### **Can I link a business account to Titan?**

Yes, you may link a business checking account if you are the sole owner. Our team will request documentation, like Articles of Incorporation, confirming your ownership.

**Can I link a joint bank account to Titan?**

Yes, you may link a joint bank account if you are one of the owners. Documentation of joint ownership may be required.

**Can I link a Trust account to Titan?**

Yes, you may link a Trust account if you are listed as a Trustee. Our team will request documentation confirming your Trustee status.

**Can I link someone else’s bank account to Titan?**

No, Titan only supports bank accounts in your own name.

**Why do I see a different account number when linking?**

Some banks use masking technology to protect account information. For example, Chase may display a different set of the last four digits when linking via Plaid. This is expected and is an added layer of security.

**Can I link more than one bank account to Titan?**

Yes. You can link up to two bank accounts to a single Titan user profile. To add a new bank beyond that, you’ll first need to unlink one of the existing bank accounts.

Yes.

 **On the Titan Website:** 

1.  Select **Settings** from your home page
    
2.  Select **Bank accounts**
    
3.  Select **the three dots** next to the actively linked bank account > select **Remove**

**Can I fund my Titan account with a wire transfer?**

Yes. If you’d like to fund via wire transfer, please email **support@titan.com** from the email address associated with your Titan account. Our team will provide wire instructions.
