###
**What is considered a business day?**

Business days are **Monday through Friday**, excluding federal holidays. Weekends do not count toward timelines.

###
**Why might my withdrawal be delayed?**

Delays can occur due to:

* Mandatory holding periods on recent deposits. Learn more about withdrawal restrictions [here](https://help.titan.com/en_us/withdrawal-restrictions-SyhqmJtrc).

* Timing of market trades or settlement.

###
**Are securities sold immediately when I withdraw?**

Not always. Titan batches orders to execute typically mid-afternoon during each trading day for most strategies. Because of this, the final withdrawal amount may differ slightly from what you saw when submitting your request due to market movements.

###
**What if my withdrawal is greater than $100,000?**

For security reasons, Titan can only transfer up to **$100,000 per business day** to your linked bank.

* If you request more, we’ll automatically process $100,000 per day until the full amount is transferred.

* Any withdrawal request(s) that exceed $100,000 in a single day will be queued for the following business day(s).

###
**Why did I receive a withdrawal cancellation email after submitting a request to close my account?**

When you close your account, any existing withdrawal request is canceled and replaced with a full liquidation request. This may trigger a cancellation email.

* If you receive a cancellation notice for another reason, please [contact us](https://help.titan.com/en_us/search?q=contact).

##
**Interval Funds**

### **What are interval funds?**

Interval funds are closed-end funds that allow investors to request withdrawals (redemptions) **once per quarter**. Shares are not actively traded on a secondary market.

Current interval funds at Titan include:

*   ARK Venture Fund

*   Apollo Real Estate

*   Apollo Credit

*   Carlyle Tactical Private Credit

    _Note: Before investing in interval funds, Titan conducts a suitability analysis based on your financial profile. We always recommend reviewing the fund’s prospectus, which can be found on the fund page on the website, before investing or making significant decisions._

###
**What is the withdrawal timing for interval funds?**

* Withdrawals can be requested at any time, but redemptions only occur **quarterly**.

* If many investors request redemptions, payouts may be partial and distributed on a pro-rata basis.

* Once approved, funds are typically deposited to your bank within ~3 weeks of the redemption date.

* If you request to liquidate interval fund holdings, your Titan account remains open until all redemptions are processed.

###
**What if the repurchase date passed and I haven’t received funds?**

The repurchase date is the deadline for submitting requests, **not** the payout date. Funds are typically distributed within three weeks _after_ the repurchase deadline, if approved by the fund manager.

###
**Why do I see a later date in the app after making an interval fund withdrawal request?**

The will reflect the fund manager’s extended timeline, but your Titan wealth team is always happy to confirm. Once your request is submitted, the fund manager has 1–2 weeks after the redemption deadline to confirm repurchases and release funds. If too many requests were made, you may receive only a portion of your redemption.

###
**Important considerations for interval funds**

* Withdrawals may be **partial** and can delay account closure.

* While invested, you remain subject to Titan’s platform fees and the fund’s management fees.

* These products are generally best suited for long-term investors due to their illiquid nature.
